Pharmacology Math which seems to be simple arithmetic calculations in pharmacology is probably the scariest course for many nurses.  Even full-fledged RN's sometimes are found wanting when it comes to dosage calculations, or how to administer IV's correctly.  Yes, the instructors might provide you with study guides, but it takes more than study guides to understand complex ideas and calculations.
